• Google / Apple account information (when using social login)
• User preferences and settings

1.2 Usage data

• Feature usage across our products
• Search queries and scan history (ScaNavi)
• AEO score lookup history (KanseiLINK)
• Error logs and crash reports
• Device information (OS, browser, device type)

1.3 Product-specific data

ScaNavi (mobile & web):

• Sake label images captured by camera (processed by AI, not permanently stored on our servers)
• Favorites and tasting notes
• Location data (only with permission, for nearby store search)

KanseiLINK:

• API usage logs via MCP server
• Service search and report submission data

Bantou:

• Transaction data from linked accounting SaaS (e.g., freee) via API
• Classification results and correction history
• Transaction data is stored on the accounting SaaS servers, not permanently on our servers

Linksee Memory:

• Linksee Memory is a fully local, open-source tool. No user data is sent to our servers
• We only collect anonymous usage statistics (npm download counts, etc.)

2. How we use your information

• Providing and improving product features
• Running AI-powered recommendations and analysis
• Responding to user support requests
• Anonymized statistical analysis for service improvement
• Ensuring security and preventing unauthorized use
• Complying with legal obligations

3. AI service providers

Our products use the following AI service providers for content generation and analysis:

• Anthropic (Claude) — text generation, classification, analysis
• Google (Gemini) — image recognition, text generation

Data sent to AI providers is processed in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Data sent via API is not used for AI model training (per each provider's API terms of service).

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Products that use Google APIs (such as ScaNavi) adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide and improve features described in this policy
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our service
• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless authorized by the user, necessary for security purposes, or required by law

5. Data storage and security

5.1 Storage locations

• Cloud storage: Supabase (United States), Vercel (global CDN)
• Temporary processing: AI analysis data is not permanently stored after processing
• Local processing: Linksee Memory stores data in local SQLite on the user's device (no server transmission)

5.2 Security measures

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission
• OAuth 2.0 authentication
• Regular security audits
• Access controls and monitoring

6. Data sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI service providers (as described in Section 3) — only to the extent necessary to provide product features
• When required by law
• With your explicit consent

7. Data retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Temporary processing data (images, etc.): deleted after processing is complete
• Usage statistics: retained in anonymized form for service improvement
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
• Revoke access: Disconnect Google account or social login
• Data portability: Request an export of your data

9. Children's privacy

Our products are not intended for use by children under 16 years of age. ScaNavi, as an alcohol-related service, is restricted to users aged 20 or older in Japan. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Cookies and tracking

Our websites and web applications use cookies necessary for service delivery. We use privacy-respecting analytics tools and do not engage in tracking that identifies individual users.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through in-product notifications or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
